CoalDark processes account details, authentication information, workspace activity, vendor program records, files you choose to upload, and information submitted through website forms. We also collect limited technical data needed to secure and operate the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, maintain tenant boundaries, process vendor-risk workflows, support customers, communicate about the product, investigate misuse, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers
We use service providers for cloud hosting, authentication, email delivery, billing, analytics, and support. They may process information only for contracted purposes and subject to appropriate protections.
Retention and security
We retain information for the period needed to provide the service, meet contractual and legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, subject to contractual and legal limitations. Workspace administrators control most organization data and user access.
