Terms of service

Service
CoalDark provides software for organizing vendor records, assessments, findings, reviews, monitoring signals, and related third-party risk activities. Features and usage limits depend on the subscribed plan and order terms.
Accounts and authorized use
You are responsible for authorized users, account security, lawful use, and the accuracy of information submitted to the service. You may not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, resell without authorization, or use the service to violate law or third-party rights.
Customer data
You retain ownership of customer data. You grant CoalDark the limited right to host, process, transmit, and back up that data as needed to provide and secure the service. You are responsible for having authority to submit vendor and contact information.
Fees and subscriptions
Fees, billing periods, renewal terms, and usage limits are described in the applicable order. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Availability and changes
We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update features to improve security, performance, or product focus while avoiding material reduction of contracted functionality.
Liability
CoalDark supports risk decisions but does not guarantee that a vendor is secure or suitable. Customers remain responsible for due diligence, contracting, risk acceptance, and business decisions. Liability is limited as stated in the applicable agreement and to the extent permitted by law.
